PART 27

 

Aaliya was completely shocked as she thought about what

 her father had said to the people here.

 

" He never loved me, leave alone love, he could never

remember that he had a daughter, then why, why did he call

up and inform everyone here?" Aaliya said to herself.

 

Suddenly her own voice filled her head, "If I find a friend to

whom I can share my thoughts, I pray to God, to never separate

 us, and my family by some miracle develop love for each other,

I will always abide by their words and never

 go against their wishes." 

 

This is a promise that Aaliya made with herself when

she was in Arihant, and now she thought that it was time

 when she started thinking about following it through,

if the need ever occurred.

 

She thought it was high time she got to work.

She then got up went around the room, took out

 a few files and tried to figure out what she was suppose to do.

 

A few minutes later, she was completely sure on

 what she was to do and what the others in the office must do.

 

She was about to go through another file,

when she heard commotion outside.

 

She was thus forced to close the file and step outside only to see…
