Yet another Molestation case; Ratan Rajput the victim!

The molestation saga doesn't seem to stop where Pratyusha Banerjee has filed a molestation complaint against some people who forcefully barged in her house, the virus seems to have taken a grip on actress, Ratan Rajput too.
According to a leading news daily, the actress who is shooting for her recently launched show, 'Santoshi Maa' was apparently molested by a unit hand.
According to sources, Ratan was groped by a lightman during the shoot and she went up to the person in charge of production demanding strict action against him. But when her plea wasn't entertained to which the actress was fumed at and refused to shoot till appropriate action was taken.
Eventually, the lightman was sacked and the actress was requested to resume shooting. The source also added that the issue wasn't immediately resolved, where the production crew took time to think about it and then fire the culprit.
The producer, Rashmi Sharma dismissed the issue and said its a fraud story.
We tried contacting Ratan to get her side of the story, however, she wasn't reachable.

Wow..means the thing was about the molestation of a girl on her work place and her boss/producer which is also a woman didnt felt necessary to solve it immediately and the victim had to protest against her molestation...slow claps for such team and management...Feeling srry for Ratan Rajput..but I shld say U r such a brave girl..

It is really sad that girls are not safe in today's world, nor in their own home (like Pratyusha Banerjee), or at their working place (like Ratan Rajput).And than if they are brave enough to file a complain in a police station or complain to the person in charge on the set, their complains are not taken seriously and it takes time for a complain to be filed, or for people in charge on the set to take a proper action...Both Prats and Ratan are brave girls who stood for themselves, and I wish both of them good luck in their life and career.

shame Rashmi Sharma.. Sorry to hear that a story that happens to masses in local buses/trains can happen on sets with celebrities .. GOSH.. Women are not safe anywhere. Such incidences should not be taken lightly as these people will then do bigger crimes next time.

OMG RASHMI SHARMA GO TO HELL AND DIE! Actors are not objects! They have their own dignity and respect, you can't dismiss such issues by saying that Ratan is a fraud!! SHAME ON YOU!! Someone shut her PH down please!! Don't give work to actresses if you can't even provide for their safety and security on set!! I really feel bad for Ratan! Don't appeal to the PH, immediately file a case against it! RASHMI SHARMA YOU ARE THE CHEAPEST LADY ON EARTH! AND LEARN HOW TO TREAT ACTORS!! OR BETTER LEARN HUMANITY!!
