Why Rishi Kapoor does not shoot on Sunday?

Rishi Kapoor, one of the most charming and popular actor of the entertainment industry will be gracing  the Anupam Kher Show - Kucch Bhi Ho Sakta Hai Season 2 this week.  He will be seen sharing excerpts from his life, memories with his father and a fellow veteran in the film industry.

The talented actor recalls how he always called his father Raj Kapoor Ji or Raj Kapoor sahib.He stated that while shooting for the film 'Mera Naam Joker' when he was 15 or 16 years old, everyone on the set used to call his father Raj Kapoor Sahab and thus he too began to address him as same. He also tells Anupam Kher that he still continues to address him in the same manner because for him, it signifies love and fondness for his father along with respect.

Rishi Kapoor also talks about his journey in the industry and how he ensured to take time out for his family, once his career took off. Coming from a family of actors, he knew that their work timings are long and thus wanted to make sure that he had enough time for his family.

Hence, he made it a point that he would never shoot on Sunday to ensure that he had time to be with his family and children.
