#WackyWednesday: Nakuul & Surbhi 'GATECRASH' METGala'19

MET Gala 2019 might be over but it still is very much trending on socials. Every year, this super exclusive event follows a certain theme and the attendees are expected to adhere by it. The theme for this year was 'Camp: Notes on Fashion' and those on the guest list ensured that they looked campy enough for the coveted evening. 

Like you and me, our television celebs have been closely following the event and few among them took the frenzy to an another level. One such celeb was Nakuul Mehta who photoshopped his face to Jared Leto's look for the evening. Leto was seen carrying a decapitated head (of himself; not real) as a clutch. Leto who shares an uncanny resemblance to Jesus according to his fans wore a red Gucci gown for the evening. Coming to Nakuul's post, he swapped the faces (both real and dummy) and captioned the post with pun that read, "Jab we MET"

Surbhi Chandna donned the look of Katy Perry. For MET gala, singer Katy Perry came dressed up as a chandelier. Surbhi posted a picture photoshopping Perry's face with hers and a witty caption that read “Approve my #metgala Chandelier look? Anybody Facing Electricity Cut?”
