TRP Toppers: 'Yeh Rishta...' sustains its spot & so does other shows

Owing to the long week of holidays, we had a delayed run of TRPs this week and hence, this one time, it isn't TRP Thursday but TRP Monday. We will be back to usual proceedings soon but in the meantime, we have TRPs rolling from a week and a half ago, so let's roll-

5. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

After making a re-entry into the list, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has managed to sustain enough to stay on the 5th spot. Why is it all the more important? Because the new chapter of the longrunner commencing with a new cast, the show has begun well and is on the 5th spot with 2.4 points.

4. Imlie

Imlie's topsy-turvy ride on the list continues as the show went on to grab a rather falling 2.8 points. This led the show's drop to be on the 4th spot a week ago but it has now managed to be on the 4th spoit.

3. Udaariyaan

Udariyaan's topsy-turvy ride has actually been a rather fun one. The show continues its impressive stint in the ratings as the show grabbed an amazing 2.7 points and rose to get the 3rd spot last week which it managed to sustain.

2. Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin

Nothing has changed in the top half of Top 5 and it's again nothing new that Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin has sustained the 2nd spot rather convincingly as well fetching 3.4 points.

1. Anupamaa

And just like the 2nd spot, the top position also remained unchanged as Anupamaa kept the top spot with all the moolah grabbing 4.2 points.

Wuhoo Udaariyan as usual rocking the 7 pm Slot. Overall Colors doing great in Early evening Band with all 3 slots in its hand. SSK2 has surprised one and all with 1.9 TRP in 6:30 slot. Hope this evening blockbuster performance helps prime time also.

STAR PLUS TRP ANALYSIS 🧐✨

. In “early evening band” I’m impressed with MHRW getting 0.7 , Vidrohi is annoying and should be axed or shifted to morning 10.00 am slot. CKMDK seems to be a flop so it can take 5.30 slot once MHRW is gone. ZMGA is a nice show but since it has poor trp it’s slot should be changed to either 6.00 or 11.00 pm.

• In the “primetime band” I’m happy with the performances of Pandya Store, GHKPM, Imlie, YRKKH, Anupamaa and YHC. SNS2 doesn’t deserve 9.00 slot and I hope that the rumours of “Kabhi Kabhi Ittefaq Se” getting 9.00 pm slot is true. SNS2 can be shifted to 6.00 or 7.00 pm slot.

• Pandya Store can use cliched classic TRP boosting tracks such as the wedding day of Shiva and Disha is shown but Raavi hits Disha’s head with a danda and locks her in a room with a cloth in her mouth and replaces her in the mandap. One more maha-masaaledar track could be if Anita seduces Gaumby and gets pregnant 🤰.

• Overall I’m happy that my Star Plus is the only channel which got 200+ GRPs despite the humongous India-Pak Match.

What is with your grudge against imlie how is 2.8 lower tha n 2.7 and besides every source has reported udaariyaan and imlie are equal at 2.8 but even if not how come 2.8 is smaller than 2.7.. proof read maybe and go to simple math class🤔
