Teri Meri Doriyaann: Yash announces a new Managing Director for the Brar jewellers

Tonight's Teri Meri Doriyaann episode commences with the Judge delivering the verdict that Angad's (Vijayendra Kumeria) bail is denied due to the lack of evidence supporting his claims. Sahiba (Himanshi Parashar) intervenes, asserting that she has a witness who can prove Angad's innocence. Interrupting, the Judge inquires about Sahiba and the witness. Sahiba identifies herself as Angad Singh Brar's wife and points to Mannat as the one who framed Angad.

The Judge summons Mannat to the witness stand for her testimony. Mannat confesses that Angad did not create the character of Sunny Sood; instead, she orchestrated the scheme to frame him. Angad's lawyer questions Mannat about any instructions from Yashraj and Garry. Mannat denies Yashraj's involvement and claims ignorance regarding Garry. When asked about her motive, Mannat remains silent.

Having heard Mannat's testimony, the Judge announces that Angad did not create Sunny Sood's character, dropping charges of misleading the police. However, fraud charges against Angad persist. The Judge grants bail under the condition that Angad must be available for court appearances. Megha informs the Judge about Sahiba's escape, alleging a fake pregnancy. The Judge rebukes Megha, stating that it is her responsibility to uncover the truth. Megha agrees to lift the house arrest on the Brar family.

The Brar family rejoices upon learning of Angad's bail. Sahiba calls Manbeer with the good news, while Angad expresses gratitude to Sahiba for saving him. Despite the celebratory mood, Akaal receives a call about an urgent meeting. The family decides to head to the office immediately.

At the office, Yash appears, surprising Angad. Jasleen defends Yash, stating his past contributions to the family. Akaal reveals that he sold part of the family jewellers' shares to Yash, making him the owner. Yash announces a new Managing Director for the business, concluding the meeting.

Precap: Sahiba approaches Garry, expressing her desire for something. Garry questions what she has to negotiate. Sahiba cryptically reveals that she possesses something valuable to him – his mother.
