Sonam Kapoor on ‘Love and Marriage’; shares how hubby Anand Ahuja keeps the Romance of dating Alive!

Sonam Kapoor and her husband Anand Ahuja are one of the most adorable couples in B-Town. The duo continues to set relationship goals with their impeccable camaraderie even after their marriage. The actress in her recent interview with HT Brunch spoke about how Anand rekindles his love for her and revealed that he still refers to her as his 'girlfriend.'

During her interaction, the actress narrated how she knew Anand was the one for her. For the uninitiated, the couple tied-the-knot back in 2018 among family and friends, and her wedding was quite a fun and star-studded affair. 

Sonam further mentioned how she was sure of him being the one. She maintained that when someone is meant for a person, one would never wish things to come to an end, despite tough patches or how much one fights.

She further added that it is Anand's 'childlike enthusiasm and belief in the best in people without judgment of right and wrong' that humbles her. 

Sonam further mentioned that she is one of those who take sides very quickly but she added that it's Anand's approach to situations that have helped her with people and revealed that Anand still calls her his girlfriend. 

Earlier, The Zoya Factor actress had shared a phase in her life when she decided to take a break. Sharing a monochrome picture on her Instagram, Sonam had talked about her journey so far. 

She further talked about the success of her film Neerja (2016) and mentioned how she wasn’t elated and decided to take a year off. However, that year proved to be a life-changing moment for her as it was then when she met her life partner Anand Ahuja.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Sonam was last seen on the big screen in The Zoya Factor (2019), which is an adaptation of Anuja Chauhan's 2008 novel of the same name. The film narrates the story of Zoya Solanki, who becomes a lucky charm for the Indian Cricket team during the 2011 Cricket World Cup.
