Shahid Kapoor reveals an interesting fact about Kabir Singh co-star Kiara Advani

Kabir Singh, starring Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani, is one of the most popular films. Everything, whether it was Kiara and Shahid's on-screen chemistry, the music, or their personalities, touched a nerve with the audience. 

Even today, both stars have a strong bond, as evident by their social media posts. In a recent conversation with Siddharth Kannan, the Jersey actor was questioned about his co-star Kiara Advani and their bond. 

When asked about Kiara Advani, Shahid Kapoor disclosed that he adores her. He also stated that while filming Kabir Singh, he unearthed what a naturally gifted actress Kiara is, as well as how beautiful, optimistic, and competent she is.

He further added that Kiara will always be special because they did a film together that was very dramatic and both of them have kind of encountered that frenzy that the film had together and she will always be his Preeti. Shahid revealed a very unique trait about the actress, saying that one thing he really likes about her is that she enjoys doodhi (bottle gourd). 

He exclaimed,

 “She is one of the only people I know who like all these watery vegetables. Me and Kiara used to sit together and discuss yaar aaj doodhi kha rahe hai”. 

Recently, Kiara Advani took to her social media account lauding Shahid's film Jersey and his performance in it. She penned, "My dearest SK, you are just too special ya. Watching you as arjun has been nothing short of magic. You hit it out of the park and how as jersey releases. My best wishes to the entire team, @amanthegill, the lovliest, @themrunalthakur, the finest of them all, @officialpankajkapur Sir and @gautamnaidu, the captain of their ship for this beautiful film."

Reposting this on his account, Shahid wrote, "My dearrest Preeti, your words will always stay in kabir's heart. Tu meri bandi hai!" 

Shahid's film Jersey is now in theatres.
