Sara Ali Khan thinks her Badi Ammi aka Sharmila Tagore is the epitome of beauty

The Pataudis are a closely knit family. Their love and affection is known to all and there is no denying the fact that veteran actress Sharmila Tagore is the bond that's gluing them together. A few days back when Sharmila Tagore was in Mumbai, she had a get together for her entire family and the pictures of her fam jam were very much adored by the fans. 

Recently, in Mumbai itself, Sara Ali Khan, the grand daughter of Sharmilaji, had the opportunity to walk the red carpet of Vogue Beauty Awards with her and trust us, she was as pleased with her grand maa as we were to see her with Sharmila ji.

In a hearty interaction with the media, Sara Ali Khan even talked about her grand mother or badi ammi as she calls her. She said, “I think for me at least, Badi amma has always kind of epitomised beauty.” In an interview a few days ago too, Sharmila ji too had mentioned that she is proud of being the grand mother of Sara.  She said that for her, she is the epitome of grace and elegance and being her grandmother, so there's a lot of respect for her.

Well, there is no denying the fact that Sharmila ji is one of the most graceful women Indian cinema has ever seen. She still is am embodiment of beauty, poise and panache. 

On work front Sara Ali Khan will be seen in Imtiaz Ali’s Aaj Kal opposite Kartik Aaryan and currently, she is shooting for David Dhawan’s Coolie No.1 opposite Varun Dhawan.
