Salim Khan REVEALS Salman's response to Priyanka opting out of Bharat

Filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar on Friday announced Priyanka Chopra's exit from his upcoming film 'Bharat'. This came as a shock to many especially Priyanka's fans who had been eagerly waiting for her this film as it would mark her comeback to Bollywood after 3 years.

Zafar pricked us with his announcement and many started contemplating Nick - Priyanka's engagement to be the reason behind her walking out of this project. However, reports also suggested that Salman Khan who was to star opposite Pee Cee in the film was left miffed with the actress because of her sudden decision.

Reports also revealed that Salman had sworn to never work with Priyanka ever again. When SpotboyE reached out to Salman's father Salim Khan to comment on this scenario, he stated, "It's okay whatever happened. Priyanka is not doing Bharat, let her be. Such things happen in our industry".

Salim Khan also cleared the air that Salman is not upset with Priyanka Chopra at all. "Nope, it's not the nth hour. And I repeat, such things happen - sometimes they happen for date issues, or the role, or even the money aspect. Aur kabhi aadmi ki kuch apni majbooriyan hoti hai (At times, people have their own reasons). I haven't yet got into the details of why Priyanka left Bharat. We are not upset with Priyanka. Salman Khan is also not upset", he added.

Now, as per fresh reports, it has been confirmed that Katrina Kaif has replaced Priyanka to play the love of Salman's life in 'Bharat'. About Katrina coming on board, Ali had shared, "I am extremely excited to work with Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan once again for Bharat. We have had exciting collaborations in the past and it is very interesting to work with the duo once again. It is very delightful to work with the immensely talented actress yet again".
