Salim Khan breaks silence on Arbaaz Khan's second wedding

Arbaaz Khan recently embarked on a new chapter of his life as he exchanged vows with make-up artist Shura Khan in a heartfelt nikah ceremony. The intimate affair unfolded at the residence of Arbaaz's sister, Arpita Khan Sharma, in the bustling city of Mumbai. Among the attendees were Arbaaz's son Arhaan, his brothers Salman Khan and Sohail Khan, his parents Salim Khan and Salma Khan, along with friends like Raveena Tandon and Sanjay Kapoor.

The veteran screenwriter and proud father, Salim Khan, graciously shared his thoughts on the joyous occasion. In an exclusive conversation with News18 Showsha, he expressed his delight for his son and extended his blessings to the newlyweds. Salim Khan emphasized that Arbaaz's decision to remarry was a personal choice, and in his eyes, not a transgression. "They decided to get married. Mere hisaab se, ye koi gunaah nahi hai (according to me, it is not a crime). I am happy for him, and I have given my blessings to the bride and the groom," he shared.

Salim Khan highlighted that there was no obligation for Arbaaz to seek approval or discuss his decision within the family. He commended his son's independence, citing his youth, education, and maturity as factors that make him fully capable of making personal choices.

The joyous event captured hearts on social media, with pictures and videos from the wedding going viral. Arbaaz's son, Arhaan, added a musical touch to the ceremony by playing the guitar, while a touching video showcased the father-son duo singing together. 

Arbaaz Khan was previously married to Malaika Arora, and their 19-year union came to an end with a divorce in 2017. The former couple shares a son, Arhaan Khan. Malaika has since found companionship with Arjun Kapoor, marking a new chapter in both their lives. As Arbaaz embarks on this journey of marital bliss once again, the love and support from his family and friends continue to shine through.
