Rohit Roy Confirms He Is Not Exiting Sanjivani 2!

Star Plus show Sanjivani 2 starring Surbhi Chandna and Namit Khanna in lead roles was one of the highly anticipated shows last year as it was a rebooted version of the cult show Sanjivani. The show worked well initially however later the ratings saw a certain drop in the numbers. The show is now touted to go off air soon. 

A couple of days ago, we reported about Mohnish Bahl aka Dr. Shashank exiting the show. We also reported the reason behind his exit wherein he said that , “I decided to opt out and it was an amicable decision. I felt that I was not able to justify my role as Dr Shashank Gupta in the current season, as compared to the previous ones. I did not want to let down my viewers, so it was best to move on.”

Now, a recent post by Rohit Roy aka Vardhaan from Sanjivani 2 has left people wondering if he is leaving the show too. A lot of news portals have reported that after Mohnish Bahl, Rohit Roy too will be making his exit from the show. However, when we contacted the actor about the same he got confused and cleared that he is not leaving the show. 

Rohit cleared the air saying, “In the post I have just written about how grateful I am for being a part of the show and for receiving a lot of love and appreciation for my character. I think people have misunderstood the post. I’m not leaving the show.”
