Rahul Bhat bags lead in Chinese film 'True Heroes'

Actor Rahul Bhat, who was last seen on-screen in Prakash Jha's "Jai Gangaajal", has been roped in to essay the lead role in the upcoming Chinese film "True Heroes".

The movie is directed by Du Pengfei and produced by Xin Bang Beijing International Film and Television Media Company.

"I am really excited and looking forward to my new venture," Rahul said in a statement.

The actor says he is also learning Mandarin for the film.

"I am currently trying to learn Mandarin for my film and also training for martial arts," he added.

Rahul says he is "grateful to the producers" who gave him the opportunity to showcase his talent.
