"The show 24 was a perfect debut for me " - Sapna Pabbi

Anil Kapoor's popular show 24 tele-series is coming to an end soon. The show gained immense popularity amongst the viewers and proved to be a successful show throughout due to its concept and the direction. Action packed 24 has stolen hearts through its storyline and made the audience glued to their television screen.

We got in touch with one of the actress of the show Sapna Pabbi who plays the character of Kiran, the daughter of an ace actor Anil Kapoor and Tisca Chopra in the show. Since the shooting of the show has wrapped up and is coming to an end soon we spoke to Sapna about her experience being a part of this show, working with the co-actors and the production house, the types of role she wants to play in future, her upcoming projects and much more in conversation with TellyBuzz.

Here it is what Sapna Pabbi shares with us...

Sapna Pabbi shares her experience on being a part of the show 24 tele-series with us, "It was an amazing experience being a part of the show 24.  There were many girls who had auditioned for the role of Kiran but eventually I was chosen, I find myself lucky to have got the show 24."

Sapna is very much appreciated for her acting skills in the show 24, when we asked her on how she feels for the overwhelming response she has been getting she quipped, "I feel very good when people appreciate my character and my work. I am the youngest lead in the show and as I am a newcomer in the industry I got to work with many skilled and experienced actors. I got to learn a lot from them which is extremely going to be helpful for me in the long run. I am completely overwhelmed by the response of the audience."

As we know that the show 24 tele-series has been much appreciated too, on the same Sapna says, "I have been getting mixed reviews for the show 24 tele-series, the best part of the review is that each and everybody has appreciated the show and the efforts of the actors and the production house for the fabulous work. For me the show 24 tele-series is like one step to change the television industry, to take the television industry one step ahead."

We quizzed Sapna with a question on whether was 24 tele-series a perfect debut for her in the industry and she says, "Yes, the show 24 tele-series was a perfect break for me as a newcomer in the industry. The concept of the show is fantastic. I got to work with highly skilled actors and I got to portray so many shades in one show itself. Also I am grateful that I got to work with three extremely talented directors and a very supportive team, what could I ask for more? I was getting a lot of offers for movie too initially when I started up, but I was very much keen towards taking up the show 24 tele-series."

The upcoming season of the show 24 tele-series is coming soon too, "Well, talks are on for the upcoming season of the show 24 tele-series. Nothing is finalized as in yet, so I am busy enjoying the much needed break as I have been working really hard for 189 days long. But I would definitely want to be a part of the next season of the show too."

We also asked her on what type of roles is she looking forward to play. Here are her likes, "I want to play real life characters and something similar to Kiran from the show 24 tele-series, the role of Bandit Queen or it will be Rekha's character from the movie Khoon Bhari Maang, where I would get to play different shades as well as a very strong character."

Soon Sapna will be seen in a movie too, "Well, there are a few projects in my hand, some I am keen on taking up but let's see what I end up taking."
