What does fitness means to you? What is idea of fitness?
Fitness is about being healthy and you can be healthy with a proper food habit. If you are healthy you will not feel sleepy and will be active throughout. It is also very essential to take proper rest by taking at least 8 hours sleep.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
As an actor we don't get ample of sleep so I prefer taking a nap during the free time on my sets. I want to join dance classes because dance helps you to maintain yourself and keep you fit.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
No not at all as I told you that I am very fond of pizza which is so fattening food item.
Do you take protein supplements?
No I don't take any protein supplement.
Is there any sport you are skilled at?
I used to play badminton in tournaments and table tennis.
A celebrity's body you admire?
Deepika Padukone and in male I like Ranbir Kapoor's body.
What is you fitness secret?
I try to sleep maximum, I drink lots of water and go for a walk daily.
A fitness tips for your fans?
I want to tell my fans that try to do physical exercises daily. If you cannot go to the gym or can't go on walk then try to buy a tread mill and do run on it at home. Drink lots of water to maintain your body temperature and sleep well.
