Priyanka Chopra wishes her sister Parineeti Chopra a happy birthday with throwback pictures

Priyanka Chopra took to Instagram to share a special message for her sister and actor Parineeti Chopra, who turned a year older today. 

PeeCee shared two throwback photos of the sister duo, addressing the birthday girl by her nickname and writing, "Happy Birthday Tisha. sending you so much love, @parineetichopra." While the first photo is of Parineeti and Priyanka in their early days, the second is from PeeCee and Nick's grand wedding celebrations. 

Aside from these, several other celebrities from the industry have showered Parineeti with love on her special day. Celebrities like Anushka Sharma, Athiya Shetty, Anupam Kher, Kriti Sanon, and Sidharth Malhotra. 

Meanwhile, Parineeti is celebrating her birthday with a full plate of work. In an interview with IANS, she revealed that her last three hit films, 'The Girl On The Train,' 'Saina,' and 'Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar,' were her best birthday gifts. 

She stated, "I am currently in Nepal filming for Sooraj Barjatya's film 'Uunchaai.' It's going to be a very busy birthday for me, and I'm looking forward to it because I've been shooting and travelling a lot this year. Given the kind of year I've had, this is how I imagined my birthday this year would be. So it's ideal, and I'm thrilled." 

She continued, "A lot of my friends and family have been joking about what you want for your birthday... I've been telling them that I've already received my birthday gift. My birthday present for 2021 was the year 2021. The kind of appreciation I received for my films, which I hadn't received in the previous couple of years, was the biggest birthday present for me, so I already feel like I'm in a good place at work... We've been filming in Nepal for the past two weeks. A working birthday in the middle of the mountains is exactly what I want for my 2021 birthday. As a result, I am humbled and grateful." 

Meanwhile, Arjun Kapoor also wished Parineeti Chopra a happy birthday, in a very fun and hilarious manner. The actor has photoshopped himself into his co-star Parineeti's travel photos and written her a hilarious birthday note. "Pari, you travel the world, and I travel in your heart with you." Happy Birthday to the World Tourism Ambassador! "You deserve the title," Arjun added. Bhumi Pednekar, Kriti Sanon, and Aditi Rao Hydari all responded with laughing emojis on the post.
