The highly awaited series Citadel, starring Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden, will air later this month and be available on Prime Video. In the international spy series directed by the Russo siblings, Chopra and Madden will portray the characters of agents Nadia Sinh and Mason Kane, respectively. Both actors recently travelled to Mumbai for Citadel's Asia Pacific news conference.

During the event, Priyanka Chopra was questioned about her recent comments regarding being cornered in B-town during the occasion.

For those unaware, Priyanka recently claimed that she felt "cornered" in Bollywood and had "beef" with some individuals there. Now, the actress was questioned about her decision to speak up about her journey in Bollywood.

To this, Priyanka replied that when she was on the podcast, she was asked about her life's journey. So she started narrating it when she was young, when she was 10, 15, 22, 30 and 40 years old. She was talking about the truth of my journey. The Barfi actress thinks she is comfortable enough to talk about that phase in her life.

She further added, "I think now where I am, I am okay enough to articulate what I felt. I think I have had a very tumultuous relationship with what occurred, then I forgave, moved on a long time ago, and made my peace with it. I think that's why it was easy for me to talk about it openly in a safe space."

After working in show business for over 20 years, PeeCee was questioned about the one thing that has become indisputable for her when selecting new projects.

Responding to the question, the Citadel actress said what would be non-negotiable now for her – it's true that she can't work with people she doesn't like anymore. It's non-negotiable for her. Because she has to admire, look up to, and like the people she is surrounded with. And she has been doing this for a very long time.
