Pathaan shows increased by 300 to tackle extraordinarily high demands: Reports

After a very long wait, Pathaan, the most anticipated movie in the B-town, is finally out on the big screens. You can read our review here. And we guess it is already creating havoc. Reportedly, over 300 additional screenings of the movie have been added across India as a result of the exhibitors realising after the first showing that Pathaan would be a box office monster.

For the unversed, currently, 8000 screens are currently showing Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu films worldwide. 5,500 domestic and 2,500 international screens. It is the biggest release of a Hindi film in Indian cinematic history.

Aditya Chopra's ambitious spy universe includes Pathaan, which stars Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham, three of the nation's biggest movie stars.

Pathaan is receiving unprecedented amounts of hype. The teaser, the two songs - Besharam Rang and Jhoome Jo Pathaan -, and the recently released trailer that has caused an internet meltdown have all been huge hits for the movie that YRF has so far released!

While a major factor in the buzz surrounding Pathaan is the collaboration of two of the nation's biggest megastars, Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in the Yash Raj Films production. As a result of their epic blockbusters Om Shanti Om, Chennai Express, and Happy New Year, they are one of the most adored on-screen couples in the journal of Indian cinema.
