Palak Jain receives a nice surprise from her loved ones on her birthday!

Cute and bubbly actress Palak Jain, who is currently seen on Sony TV's popular show Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar, has turned a year older today.

Sharing her birthday plans and celebrations with TellyBuzz, the birthday girl also revealed that she doesn't like to work on her birthdays and that's why she isn't shooting today. Palak got a nice birthday surprise just when her birthday began last night.

Palak shares, "I am not shooting today. I don't like to work on my birthdays so I always take an off on my birthday. I have heard that my college friends are planning to give me a surprise. So, I am looking forward to it. Last night my Mom gave me a nice surprise for my birthday. She called up all my college friends, our family members, my friends from my previous show The Buddy Project Season 2 - Now in College and Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar at home. I was glad that they all came and spent some time with me and made my birthday extra special. We cut the cake, ate a lot, danced and had lots of fun. I was really happy to see all of them at my home when I came back from my shoot. I am looking forward to go for a dinner with my friends in the evening."

Gifts make our birthdays special and out of all the gifts, there is one gift which turned out to be the most special one. Sharing with us about her special birthday gift for the year, the birthday girl said, "I have turned 22 this year so, one of my friends from Australia, sent 22 gifts for me having bracelets, key chains, bags, wallets and everything. Trying to be a better person day by day would be the best birthday that I can gift to myself."  

We also told Palak that the fans of India Forums are celebrating her birthday by preparing a birthday thread for her. Sounding excited Palak said, "I could see a few of them and I found them very beautiful. That shows how much they all love me. I love them more and really thank them for their efforts. I am grateful to them for this."
