Oops! Parineeti Chopra not in Karan Johar's Bombay Talkies 2

Karan Johar rubbishes the rumours of Parineeti Chopra in Bombay Talkies 2 on his social media page.

The news has been flooded with the actress playing the lead role in Karan Johar's short film in Bombay Talkies 2. According to many reports, it isbeing said that The filmmaker is all set to direct a sensuous love story and he has even found his main leads. While Parineeti Chopra has bagged the film that tells the tale of a woman longing for a lover whereas, a big shot TV star will be starring opposite her.

But, unfortunately, rubbishing the rumours on his short film Karan Johar tweets that he is yet to cast for the film. The tweet reads, "Lots of speculation on my short film for #bombaytalkies ...I have yet to cast it and am only filming in November!" (Sic).

Bombay Talkies is an Indian anthology film made in 2013 consisting of four short films, directed by Anurag Kashyap, Dibakar Banerjee, Zoya Akhtar and Karan Johar.[3] The film released on 3 May 2013, coinciding with and celebrating the 100th year of Indian cinema and the beginning of a new era in modern cinema.

After 4 years all the four filmmakers joined their hands once again in January 2017 to make the second instalment of the film. While Zoya Akhtar and Dibaker Banerjee have short their films Anurag Kashyap and Karan Johar are yet to shoot for their respective ones.
