Following the announcement of the name of their baby girl, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have become trending subjects. Alia has been taking advantage of her pregnancy break since the couple had their little one earlier this month.

She celebrated the six-year milestone of her and Shah Rukh Khan's movie Dear Zindagi by posting a picture clicked from her balcony. The actress posted a video of the beach on Instagram along with the words from the iconic "samundar se kabaddi" sequence.
Dear Zindagi came out to be an iconic film which revolves around subjects like despair, insomnia, and mental health. The protagonist of the movie is Kaira, played by Alia, a cinematographer by trade who tries to maintain a healthy balance between her personal and professional lives. She turns to Shah Rukh Khan's character of the psychotherapist Jehangir for assistance. Gauri Shinde is the film's director, and Red Chillies Entertainment, Dharma Productions, and Hope Productions backed the film.
Yesterday, Alia announced the name of her daughter on social media along with an adorable picture. she wrote, "The name Raha (chosen by her wise and wonderful Dadi) has so many beautiful meanings…Raha, in its purest form means divine path. In Swahili she is Joy, In Sanskrit, Raha is a clan, In Bangla - rest, comfort, relief, In Arabic peace, it also means happiness, freedom & bliss. And true to her name, from the first moment we held her - we felt it ALL! Thank you Raha, for bringing our family to life, it feels as though our lives have only just begun.”
On the professional front Alia will next be seen in 'Rocky aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' followed by 'Heart Of Stone' and 'Jee Le Zaraa'.
