Colors' popular show Naagin 6 is all set to hit the screens soon. At he grand finale of Bigg Boss 15, it was revealed Tejasswi Prakash will play the new Naagin. Ekta Kapoor shared the promo of the Naagin 6 featuring Tejasswi Prakash. She captioned the promo, "Apne bhavya roop aur teeno kaal ki shaktiyon se duniya ko bachaane a rahi hai Naagin !!! Naagin 6 !! 12th February se Sat and Sun raat 8 baje only on Colors."

Last year, in an episode of Bigg Boss 15, producer Ekta Kapoor had dropped a major hint about Naagin returning on TV screens with its sixth season. Living up to the promise, the makers of the supernatural TV series treated fans on January 18 with the first promo of the show. In the 42-seconds promo, we get a glimpse of the theme, which revolves around a deadly virus that hit the world in 2020. Naagin 6 also promises to be different from the other seasons.

Naagin 6 is seemingly based on the Covid-19 pandemic which has gripped the world. From the promo, it seems like 'Naagin' has turned as the saviour to save the world from the attack of the dangerous virus.

Now I guess we all know y Tejaswi won BB15. This was all pre planned. Corona is real and these people are making fun of it like this. Post S1, the franchise lost its appeal for me. S2 was a repeat of S1 and what started as a revenge story in S3 turned into a circus coz the purpose of revenge was moot and S4 had a good plot but was ruined in the initial days and thanks to Corona it shut down soon. Am sure even Nia was glad it ended. Then came S5 with forbidden love story. Despite good leads the story telling was lousy. The lesser said about the 6 episode spin off with a fairy cum Naagin and vampire the better 🙄 and now this! Ekta counted on Surbhi fans to make S3 successful and to some extent it was too and then with S4 she hoped Nia could revive the magic but it flopped. S5 she brought in Surbhi Chandna and Sharad and their fans showered some love on the illogical story. Does she hope Teja fans to do the same? From what I heard she already lost some of her fans after her stint in BB15.
