Meet Helly Shah's 'Love Interest' in 'Devanshi'..!

The actor will be paired opposite Helly Shah and Anjum Fakih..

Colors' underdog show 'Devanshi' has become a regular member of the newstown as it is all set to be presenting a new phase with a major leap ahead.

The news about several actors being approached and roped in has been doing the rounds for a long time now. When it comes to the female leads of the show, according to reports, Helly Shah, best known for 'Swaragini' has been finalised to play the titular role of Devanshi.

And, actress Anjum Fakih has been roped in to play the second lead in the show, where she will be playing the character of Sakshi.

Moving on to the male leads for the show, we've heard of several names off lately. The most recent of all is that of actor Arjit Taneja who was approached for the show, but couldn't do it due to other commitments.

And after an extensive search, looks like the wait is finally over. According to a leading news portal, actor Mudit Nayar has been roped in to play the male lead.

With the story progressing, there will be a love triangle brewing up between Mudit's character, Devanshi (Helly Shah) and Sakshi (Anjum Fakih).

Mudit is best remembered for his role in the Sony TV show, 'Anamika' and is making his comeback to TV after his last stint in 'Badi Devrani.'

not going watch the show. don't like the story concept...some mata & religious stuff. if only Varun Kapoor was lead then would have watched for pair Vahe rock together. Good luck to Helly. She is a strong actor

Will try to catch up with this show for Mudit.
Guys I can understand your hopes and wishes for Helly and the lead opposite her. But Mudit is really good. After all he was the lead in his previous shows.
Plus give him a try. You might not know and just fall for this new pairing.

ppl need not worry abt the lead actor opp Helly & Shah & up2 he r caliber. we know sum ppl hate her w/o any reason just bcoz their fav was not liked by oders.and its a daily show . so leads can b changed also in mid way i.e replaced .so we mite get a our "manpasand" replacement .

Sry but not at all happy with the mudit as main lead .. Y mudit .. I hope they eventually bring new lead for helly .. Wat happened to Arjit Taneja .. I can't accept mudit's character opp devanshi .. I guess there are two male leads .. Pls bring arjit taneja opp helly ..

Don't know whether Mudit is a good choice for Vardaan but definitely not a good one to be casted opposite Helly. If not Mr.VK i was atleast expecting an actor of his calibre to be casted opposite Helly. Will watch it only for Helly.
