Meet Avinash Mishra's MOTHER in Star Plus' Maryam

We have been constantly updating you about the many developments about Star Plus' upcoming shows Maryam and the many names that have joined the cast one after the other.

The show has been in the news for having roped in a stellar cast, which include the likes of Avinash Mishra, Paras Kalnawat, Sheena Bajaj and Priyanka Chandel in leading roles. Post that, the show also roped in a child actress to play the main lead role of Maryam in the form of actress, Deshna Dugad.

The latest one to join the cast is none other than seasoned actress, Lubna Salim. Lubna needs no introduction when it comes to her portfolio of work on TV, where she is best remembered for her role in Baa Bahoo Aur Baby and 2025 - Jaane Kya Hoga Aage among many more.

And coming to Maryam, Lubna will be playing the role of Avinash Mishra's on-screen mother.

Her character will have several shades to it. We also mentioned how the cast has been shooting already, and the promo is slated to go on-air in the coming week or so.
