Meera Deosthale: Chakor Will Always Stay Close To My Heart

Popular actress Meera Deosthale aka Vidya from Colors TV drama, Vidya got into a candid conversation with India Forums. The actress spoke to us about her favorite characters in the show, her character Chakor and a lot more.

Speaking about her habit of being an avid reader Meera said, “I am getting ample time to read a book with a cup of coffee. I have made a list of books I want to read and it is keeping me busy these days. Apart from that I am cooking and helping my mother with baking as well.”

We went to ask the actress about her favorite characters from Vidya to which she said, “Except Vidya, I would like to say would be Vivek and Avtaar Bhaiya.”

The actress told us about her character, Chakor. She said, “After playing Chakor I realized that the world today lacks love. I have grown up with the character of Chakor and I have matured with time. Chakor will be always close to me.”

Meera also spoke about her co-star, Nimesh. She said,” He is a very sweet person. Sometimes he is the one who keeps me calm when I am having some troubles with any scene. Vivek and Vidya for her are like Sita and Ram of this generation.”

Meera also revealed that just like Vidya, she is also very simple in real life. She also said that she wants to make people smile with her roles.

Signing off, Meera said, “Going out, for now, is not a wise decision unless and until it is really important. Everything happens for good.”
