Mayank Arora of YRKKH: Wanting to play the first lead crosses everyone’s mind & I am no different

Mayank Arora aka Kairav from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been doing well with his role in the show and has in fact, been at the receiving end of a lot of love from everyone watching. India Forums got in touch with the actor and asked him about shooting with Rupali Ganguly aka Anupamaa, wanting to play the first lead, and some more.

About his experience shooting with Rupali Ganguly, he told us,

''Its was fun, the Mahasangam was a great episode, two no.1 shows got together, so you can imagine the vibe we had on set.''

Ask him whether if as an actor, does he feel the need to please people on social media, and do things for the 'gram', he says,

''It is not about pleasing anyone, I do things for the “gram” because its fun & also its the only way we get to reach & interact with our well wishers who support us in the loving way they do.''

Ask him how often does the thought of wanting to play the first lead cross his mind while being a part of an ensemble cast, and his takeaway from the shoot, he added,

''Wanting to play the first lead crosses everyone’s mind & I am no different. But being a part of such a show & having to play a role which is so strong, you kind of get along with it. As I said earlier, ''content & character'' is what I look for. My only key takeaway from the shoot so far is knowing that Rajan Sir is a TV magician.''

Meanwhile, the upcoming episode will see that Abhimanyu asks Aarohi to look after a patient. That boy tells her that he saw her near the temple when he was going there with his mother. Aarohi gets scared hearing this.
