Male Lead of Tujh Sang Preet Lagaayi Sajna- Revealed!

As reported earlier by Telly Buzz, Ekta Kapoor has finally gotten away from her K-factor as her new Star Plus show which will take the slot of Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki from November 3rd has been titled differently!!

Remember it was Telly Buzz again that revealed that Ekta’s Star Plus show which was earlier titled ‘Kaisi Ye Mohobbat Hai’ will now be seen with a title change and the options in the pipeline were  ‘Mainu Ishq Da Lagiya Rog’ or ‘Tujh Sang Preet Lagayi Sajna’. 

Well, it is the second option that seems to have impressed Ekta more, and her new show on Star Plus will now see the title ‘Tuje Sang Preet Lagaayi Sajna’.

While Pooja Bose plays the female lead in this Saudaagar type story, the buzz now is that a new guy has been roped in by Ekta for the role of the male lead. A guy named Sriram was finalized at first, but now another young lad Kunal has bagged the priceless role.

Confirming this news is our source, “Kunal is new to the industry, but has been modeling for some time now. He was auditioned nearly two months back, and was called again for a final look test, after the channel rejected another actor, Sriram for the same role. The actor has signed the contract yesterday”.

The story will revolve around the feud between a Punjabi family and a Rajasthani family, amidst which a love story will bloom. “Kunal plays a character who is sweet, cocky and smart, yet funny. His character is named Yugandhar Joneja and he is very close to his dadaji”, adds our source.
