Leenesh Mattoo: I miss the fun we had on Ishqbaaz sets...

We at India Forums got into a fun conversation with Leenesh Mattoo aka Rudra from Star Plus popular drama, Ishqbaaz. The actor got candid about his crazy quarantine routine, memories from the sets of Ishqbaaz, his bonding with co-actors and a lot more.

Speaking about his routine these days, Leenesh said, “I have been working out twice a day owing to the abundant time we have now. Apart from that web series have been a savior for now. In fact, I have watched too many series these days.”

We went to ask the actor about his memories from Ishqbaaz days to which he said, “We had loads of fun together. The entire cast used to have lunch together and we used to play lots of pranks. Especially Shrenu was our target on the sets since it was very easy to play a prank on her. Speaking about Kunal I shared a great bond with him on the sets. We shared our rooms during the mock shoots and then there was no looking back. Surbhi has been a chatterbox on the sets and I miss everyone from the show.”

We asked the actor about the role he would prefer to play in the future, funny or a serious one. Leenesh said, “I would prefer to play a senior character in the future.”

Signing off, Leenesh said, “I don’t think people will listen to anyone but themselves. Try to be indoors as much as possible. Hopefully, things will get better soon.”
