Lakshmi arrives just before Diwali: Sushmita Sen elated as Rajeev-Charu blessed with a baby girl

Earlier in the day, we reported about Television actress Charu Asopa and husband Rajeev Sen being blessed with a baby girl. Rajeev informed the fans that Charu is doing fine post delivery and also expressed his thoughts on the arrival of their little bundle of joy.

Now, Rajeev’s sister who’s a popular Bollywood actress, Sushmita Sen took to social media to share her excitement with the arrival of the newest member of their family. Sushmita was present in the hospital where Charu delivered the babu girl. The actress expressed that the family is blessed with the arrival of Lakshmi just before Diwali. Sush’s post spoke volumes about ‘girl power’ as all the grandchildren of Sen family are girls.

Charu announced her pregnancy earlier this year with a post on social media. Good wishes started pouring in minutes after the announcement. The actress has been active on social media and has been posting many pictures with her baby bump. 

Charu Asopa Sen, who has been seen in shows like Jiji Maa, Tashan-e-Ishq and Mere Angne Mein, married Rajeev Sen in June 2019. The couple kept on entertaining and treating their fans with their romantic and mushy pictures on the internet.

They went through a difficult phase as things went a little haywire but the couple dealt with the difficulties head-on and were back together to being their happy selves.
