'Kaala Paani' trailer: An unforgiving island & reviting drama featuring Ashutosh Gowarikar & Mona Singh

Netflix has set the stage for an exhilarating journey with the release of the trailer for their upcoming survival drama series, 'Kaala Paani.' Helmed by acclaimed filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker, who makes a return to acting, the show is poised to captivate audiences with its gripping narrative and powerhouse ensemble cast.

Set against the backdrop of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, 'Kaala Paani' promises to be a grounded and thought-provoking tale of human resilience and survival. The cast of the series features a stellar lineup, including Mona Singh, Amey Wagh, Sukant Goel, Arushi Sharma, Radhika Mehrotra, Vikas Kumar, Chinmay Mandlekar, and Poornima Indrajith. 

This isn't Netflix's first collaboration with Posham Pa Pictures, as they previously worked together on the 2022 film 'Jaadugar.' The show is spearheaded by Sameer Saxena, known for his work on 'Jaadugar,' who serves as a showrunner and co-director alongside Amit Golani.
