Janhvi Kapoor took to Instagram on Tuesday to share some previously unseen photographs. She even showed off her new tattoo, which appears to be for someone special.
The first image in her post is a selfie taken during golden hour. Other photos showed her at a temple, swimming in an infinity pool with views of the mountains, and doing yoga in the sun. She also posted a video of herself wincing in pain while a tattoo artist worked on her arm. Another photo showed a better view of her tattoo, which read, 'I love you my labbu.'
The identity of 'labbu' caught the interest of fans. "Labbu kon h (who is Labbu)," a fan asked . A disheartened follower guessed it's the name of the person she's currently dating. "She's got someone. "Let's go somewhere different," they wrote.
Labbu, on the other hand, is what her late mother Sridevi used to call Janhvi. Janhvi posted a note written by Sridevi on Instagram on her third death anniversary this year. It said, "I love you my labbu. You are the best baby in the world."
In a 2019 interview with Neha Dhupia on her show BFFs, Janhvi stated that Sridevi did not approve of tattoos and that she, too, was "too chicken" to get inked.
Janhvi was previously linked to Akshat Rajan, but the couple is said to have broken up. Last month, for his birthday, she posted a photo with him and wrote, "Happy birthday to the world's best human I love you.”
Talking about work,Janhvi was most recently seen in the horror comedy Roohi, and she will next be seen in the film Good Luck Jerry.
Janhvi posted a photo after wrapping up the film, which was disrupted a couple of times by farmers' protest,“I can’t believe it’s a film wrap. So many things have happened, changed, evolved, been learnt and unlearnt during the course of and because of this shoot. But through all of it I used to be so excited to come to set and see all these faces and trouble them and laugh with them and work tirelessly and unitedly to create something that was exciting for all of us. I’ll miss all of you - is a massive understatement. And thank you for everything."
