Ivanka Das roped in for Netflix series 'Bombay Begums'

The OTT platform Netflix has enthralled the viewers over the years with its wide and unique range of content. The platform is all set for it's upcoming project which will be titled as 'Bombay Begums'. 

As per the recent reports by Tellychakkar, Pooja Bhatt and Rahul Bose have already cast in the project. As per the reports, Pooja will essay the role of the owner of the bank and Rahul will play the role of her husband. Apart from this, the series will also star Ivanka Das in the role of a prostitute, the main Begum. 

The show will revolve around 5 women of different generations confront and redefine notions of ambition, empowerment and identity within the cutthroat world of Mumbai banking. Apart from this, Amruta Subhash, Shahana Goswami, Plabita Borthakur, Manish Choudhary and Rituraj Singh will be seen playing crucial role in the project.
