With the mercury level rising every second day, it gets extremely difficult for one to stay away from the heat. Here we have pretty actress Sheetal Dabholkar with us speaking about how to beat the heat and much more!What do you like about summers?
There is nothing that I like about summers. I just hate summer. Once, while I was shooting, it was so hot that I was completely dehydrated and had low Blood Pressure too. I was so exhausted. Since then, I prefer being at home in summers.

Deodorant, wet tissues and a bottle of water

I make sure I carry lime water with me.
Favorite travel destination during summers
Cold place like North India; most often I prefer somewhere in abroad.

Have lot of water and coconut water
Fitness regime during summer
Eat whatever you want to but exercise too. Avoid having junk food.
One summer tip to your fans
Ultraviolet rays are very bad for our skin so be indoor as much as possible.
