I love eating chicken a lot - Neha Saxena

As we know that our TV celebs are very much conscious about their figure, but they never miss a chance to have lots and lots of food whenever they get a chance. Our Telly celebs love to be known as a foodie. One such big time food lover is this popular actor Neha Saxena who was last seen in Sony TV's popular show Amita Ka Amit.

Are you a foodie?

No I am not a big time foodie but I like to eat little little food and love to taste different food. So I love to make and taste different variety of food.

Which is your most preferred cuisine?

Actually I am non vegetarian as I love eating chicken a lot.

Your favorite mouth-watering dish?

Aloo chaat with green chatni and masala.

Which restaurant do you prefer the most?

Yellow Chillies in Powai.

Do you like spending time in the kitchen?

Not much, depending on my mood.

What is your most memorable kitchen moment, be it happy or a disastrous one?

Whenever I cook, I make sure to cook it carefully and so I am a slow cook. Recently I was learning cooking, mai daal mai tadka laga rahi thi as I don't know how to put tadka, I kept ghee in small kadai which is used to make tadka. Ghee became so hot that as soon as I added cumin seed in the ghee, it flared up. I thought that if I will put it in the Daal then the flare will be reduced but instead even cooker was burnt (caught). 

Which is your favorite quick cheap healthy meal?

My favorite quick cheap healthy meal is salads.

If you have to take a celebrity on a date, who would it be?

I would like to go on date with Sidharth Malhotra and Tom Cruise.
