What does fitness mean to you? What's
your idea of fitness?
Fitness means to keep your body healthy and fit. If your body is healthy, then you are active and fresh all the time. Eating proper food and taking sufficient proteins is a must. Taking right amount of food at the right time will keep you fit always.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
I make sure that I work out thrice a week. I also go for swimming whenever I get time. I drink lot of water, eat health food and follow my diet.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
I follow my diet regularly. Yes I do
have cheat days were I eat junk food but that's once or twice a month.
Do you take protein supplements?
No I don't believe in taking protein supplements. Natural body shaping is more important then building up body by taking supplements.
Is there any sport you are skilled at?
Yes, I like swimming.
A celeb body you admire?
I admire Hrithik Roshan's physique. He
has an awesome body.
What is your fitness secret?
I eat healthy food and I intake more of liquid food. I don't skip my meals.
A fitness tip for your fans?
Drink lot of water, eat health food,
workout and walking is important.
