Actor Vishal Singh, who will next be seen as Naitik in "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai", says he has no inhibitions in playing a father to grown-up children on screen.

Actor Vishal Singh, who will next be seen as Naitik in the popular soap opera "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai", says he has no inhibitions in playing a father to grown-up children on screen.

"I honestly have no qualms in playing a father to grown-up children. For me, it's the character that matters and Naitik is an extremely strong character," Vishal, who will replace Karan Mehra in the show, said in a statement.

"I've been following this show since a while now. To be very honest, I am very excited to play the role of Naitik. Men like him are rarely found today and nothing better than playing an ideal man on screen who can definitely set an example.

"He is the perfect husband, father and son," added the actor, who has previously appeared in shows like "Dekh Bhai Dekh", "Astitva...Ek Prem Kahani" and "Parvarrish - Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi".

Lamaooo! So finally Vishal is playing Naitik. Anyway I have already stopped watching YRKKH but I still watch it sometimes for Akshara,Naira, Kartik, Family scenes, but illogical story puts me off.

For me, nobody can replace Karan Mehra as Naitik. Hina and Karan made this show! Will always miss them. My one of fav show. Wish it ends soon before it becomes utter crap. Anyway good luck Vishal.

Such as Kartik is seen roaming around Naira and inside Singhania house and lives with Maheshwaries and wait he work too? Lol what a nonsensical plot.

already stopped watching the show.. for me naitik will b karan only nd only...nywyzz all the best vishal and YRKKH .. Miss HiRan as NAKSH in the show.,, and no replacemnt fr that can be made..

For me Naitik is only Karan Mehra... Already I stopped watching this show..
So I don't care about the replacement.. 7 years of karan as Naitik is enough for me... Love you so much karan...
