Actor Mrinal Dutt, who is currently seen in P.I Private Investigator speaks to us about how he maintains his body and what is his secret behind this well maintained figure. Also, talks to us about his fitness regime.

What does fitness mean to you?

Fitness for me is to be flexible, strong, healthy and fit. Fit body helps you to do more work for a longer time and keeps you more awake and fresh.

What efforts you take to stay in shape?

I make sure that I indulge myself into any physical activity throughout the day. I make sure, I do my workout and I get up early and start my work.

Are you conscious about your food choices?

I am not at all conscious about my food habits. I eat a lot as I am a foodie.

Do you take protein supplements?

No, at present I don't take any protein supplements.

Is there any sports you are skilled at?

Yes, I play cricket and I am a professional cricketer.

A celebrity's body you admire?

Well, I don't like heavily built bodies. I like flexible body with proper cuts. So I think, Ranbir Kapoor has a proper body. In fact I would say all young actors have good physique.

What is your Fitness secret?

My fitness secret is I run and do various physical activities so that I burn my calories. Its because I eat a lot and to maintain my body I need to do physical work so that my food and my health is balanced.

A fitness tip to your fans...

Eat right as much as your body requires and also do work out and physical activities everyday to remain fit. Drink liquids to maintain you body temperature, eat fruits and remain healthy.

sonam does not know how to act.sometime i think that sonam is a daughter of Anil then why she cannot act..the only thing is she is daughter of a celeb so Bollywood people always talk about her and other celebs children.and to earn name is very easy for them with out hardwork...

@Sara- Anyone wud ya I mean for God sake, Its SONAM KAPOOR I strted to like her during mausam but wen i saw the movie i bcame more HORRIFIED of her The Only saving Grace of the film being Shahid Kapoor I watched it only for him This is a BIG BIG BIG Joke & Yea Twitter is abt celebs but still SONAM KAPOOR leavng SRK & Sr.B behind is like Sun rising frm the WEST !

The title got me into Shock But thank god its just TWITTER :P & Sonam havng more followers dan SRK & Sr.B the people whu conducted must be kidding She cant be MOST influential in evn Bandra Locality, forget abt being in India The ppl whu conducted Survey must have got it the Other Way, she can be Last but not 1st !
