Actress Niyati Fatnani is leaving an indelible imprint in the entertainment world by showcasing her exceptional acting chops, but apart from acting, she is also known for her dancing prowess. On the occasion of International Dance Day, the actress talked about the magic of dance in her life.

Opening up about the role dance has played in her life and career, the actor shares, “I owe a huge part of my identity to the art of dance as it has been a door opener for me. Since childhood, I have been fond of dancing. In fact, I moved to Mumbai initially to learn Dance and it was due to my dancing skills that I bagged my first ever television show D 4- Get up And Dance."

Niyati is trained in Kathak and other contemporary dance forms too. Talking about the importance  of dance in her life, the actress says, "Dance has taught me a lot and it is one of my favourite ways to de-stress myself. Hardly there goes any single day when I am not dancing either in my mind or in real life. I also keep looking for opportunities to brush up on my skills. Overall, I am grateful to this beautiful art form for making me who I am today."
