The year 2016 will be written in golden ink in the history of Television as Colors TV along with Balaji Telefilms blessed us with a show that not only blew our minds but took us back to the dark Ages! The show shakes you (to the extent that you will need a treatment)!

With a BRAND NEW' concept taken from Indian folklore, this record breaking show will show you that venom isn't the most dangerous thing snakes possess.

The story revolves around one of the most dangerous crimes you can commit. Snake-i-cide! At a point of time, the Raheja family killed a snake couple and 20 years later, their kid is back to seek revenge! Who knew snakes have such good memory?

Join us on a journey (at your own risk) that will take you through the adventures of Shivanya, the sexy snake kid who is now out for revenge and enters the Raheja family by marrying their son. In the middle of the plot, we decided to give the show a twist by making the Naagin fall in love with the Bad guy's son Ritik.

After seeing a tremendous amount of appreciation from the audience we decided to keep adding more twists to the show. We actually added so many twists that the show got extended! We bet this show is nothing like the ones you have seen before!( that's because we know you have a good taste)

Handsome lead guy who plays the role of a rich businessman (because of lack of creativity)

We have so many animals in this show that for a second, you will be confused that you are watching animal planet. And that's not all! We have a plot line with the most loop holes ever seen on Indian TV!

And the story is not complete yet! Our protagonists have been married and our Naagin Shivanya is pregnant! The big question now is whether Shivanya will give birth to a baby directly or will she lay an egg? It will all be answered in season 2 of Naagin.

really its a qstn..how she gonna deliver baby? laying eggs? yes she has to bcoz she is a reptile n not mammal to give birth to an infant...oops so many scientific words n this show has nothing to do with science but superstitions n animal kingdom...

Perfect Article...its not about the genre of the show...its about the haphazard treatment given to it...

and why are dumb members pointing out at Barun Sobti and Sanaya Irani...when they are no-where related to this pathetic show...it shows how much they are jealous of these two...but these two deserves all the appreciation as they are the BEST...

People know what they're watching here. We cannot deny the fact that it's the first folklore show that gained trps very fast. Isn't it absurd for the writer making fun of a newly popular soap which is totally fiction?. No doubts over your skills but shows like YRKKH, BV and SSK have been dragged too much (not to mention the supernatural elements they add in between) yet there has been no comments on them in past years. It's the choice of people what they want to watch be it SSK, Naagin or QH and it'll be considerate if they're allowed to do so.

If the show wasn't being watched by indian audiences there wouldn't have been a second season at all.
