Has Srishti Jain created a world record on saying 'Main Maayke Chali Jaaungi, Tum Dekhte Rahiyo'?

It's a regular occurrence on any shoot that an actor has to be a part of multiple takes of the same scene time and again until the director gets the perfect shot.

A funny incident on similar lines has happened with Srishti Jain aka Jaya on the sets of Main Maayke Chali Jaaungi Tum Dekhte Rahiyo. The young actress has been reciting the title of the show multiple times and as per an estimate has said it almost 1000 times since the show has gone on air! 

Srishti Jain with her on-screen portrayal of a newly-wed bride - Jaya has been receiving a lot of adulation from audiences all over. Due to the consistent intervention of Jaya's mother, the bride is ready to leave her sasural at the drop of a hat and keeps threatening Namish aka Samar with her signature catchphrase - Main Maayke Chali Jaaungi Tum Dekhte Rahiyo'.

Apparently, the actress has said this phrase so many times that she is confident that it might be a world record of sorts!

When contacted, Srishti Jain confirmed, "Well, I have said the phrase a lot of times now. Apart from the shoot, I also rehearse my lines repeatedly and end up reciting the same phrase again and again. My friends have started teasing me by saying it to me every time I try to postpone a meeting with them. Even on the sets while shooting all the co-stars say it to each other and laugh around. I am sure I have said it more than a thousand times already. I guess I should start counting and keeping a record of it! Who knows I might be awarded a world record for saying Main Maayke Chali Jaaungi Tum Dekhte Rahiyo' a million times!"
