Guess What? 'Stranger Things' Gets Renewed For a Fourth Season; Teaser Out

Stranger Things will be coming back. It may not entirely be a surprise to many given the fact how immensely popular the show is being a cultural phenomenon. But still, to have an official announcement is what the fans were waiting for and Netflix has now done that.

Recently, Netflix released a confirmation teaser that Stranger Things will be back for the fourth installment soon. However, what was the highlight of the teaser was the words at the end where it read that "we are not in Hawkins anymore." Having spawned every possible storyline in the past three seasons, Stranger Things is getting out of Hawkins for the fourth one.

Along with the renewal, Netflix said it signed the show's creators, Matt and Ross Duffer, to a multi-year film and series overall deal. "From our first pitch meeting to the release of Stranger Things 3, the entire team at Netflix has been nothing short of sensational, providing us with the kind of support, guidance, and creative freedom we always dreamed about," the brothers said in a statement. "We can't wait to tell many more stories together -- beginning, of course, with a return trip to Hawkins!"
