Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Surekha seeks Reeva's response on marriage; Reeva leaves without confirmation

Tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode commences with Bhavani probing Savi (Bhavika Sharma) about her knowledge of the secret admirer. Savi insists she has no idea. Bhavani presses further, asking if Savi had any past love interests. Harini interjects, expressing confidence that Savi would have confided in them if there was someone special.

Isha arrives and inquires about Surekha's well-being. Surekha responds by stating she's alive and excitedly announcing she has good news for Isha. Eager to hear, Isha prompts Surekha to share. Surekha then instructs Shantanu to summon Ishaan and Reeva. Ishaan and Reeva enter Surekha's room, where Surekha, to taunt Isha, insists that Ishaan take care of her. Surekha then drops the bombshell that she has decided to arrange Ishaan's marriage with Reeva.

Harini confides in Bhavani about her unwavering focus on her goals. Bhavani expresses concern for Savi, especially with the secret admirer potentially sending gifts to Ramtek, where anything can happen. Savi assures that she will take action against the secret admirer once identified.

Shantanu advises Surekha that Ishaan should make the decision regarding his marriage. Ishaan echoes the sentiment, prompting Surekha to theatrically claim she has no right over him as she is not his real mother. She instructs Isha to ask Ishaan if he agrees to marry Reeva. Ishaan, however, asserts that the decision is solely Surekha's. Surekha then shifts her stance, stating she lacks the right as she is not Ishaan's biological mother. Ishaan reassures Surekha, asserting that only she has the right to make such decisions. He later decides to seek Reeva's opinion. Surekha questions Reeva, who responds by stating she cannot say anything at the moment and then leaves.

Harini calls for Savi and Vinu and proceeds to tie Rakhi to Vinu, expressing regret for not being able to do so last Rakshabandhan. Savi also decides to tie a Rakhi, and Vinu acknowledges that he has not fulfilled his duties as a brother. Savi insists that the realization is enough.

Precap: Ishaan takes a dramatic step by getting on his knees to propose to Reeva. Savi, observing this, is visibly heartbroken.
