Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Savi suggests a psychiatrist's help for Anvi

In tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Ishaan (Shakti Arora) inquires of Savi (Bhavika Sharma) whether she is aware that she's discussing Mukul, who holds significant importance within the family. Savi responds that she wouldn't have pondered it if she hadn't sensed something amiss. Ishaan asserts that her thinking is misguided. Savi recounts an incident with Anvi, where she was upset and sought solace in her, only to be interrupted by Asmita. She reveals that Anvi suffers from fear when around mamaji, resulting in a high fever, suggesting a need for support.

Ishaan speculates that Anvi's issues might be deeper, citing mamaji's revered status within the family. Savi urges Ishaan to support Anvi as a brother and to inquire about her well-being, as she may confide in him. Surekha, distressed by Savi's influence over Ishaan, expresses intent to intervene, but Mukul advises her to remain calm. 

Upon Savi's return, Mukul senses unease and Surekha queries Ishaan's whereabouts. Savi explains that Ishaan is attending to Anvi, prompting concern from Asmita. Reeva and Durva speculate on the situation, while Nishi remarks on Reeva and Durva's alliance. Mukul excuses himself to make a call.

Anvi hides the truth from Ishaan:

Ishaan confronts Anvi, emphasising his trust in her and their familial bond. Anvi confides in him, and Ishaan reassures her of his support. Savi anxiously awaits Ishaan's return and is summoned to his room via message. Reeva wonders about her destination, and Savi encounters Mukul, who warns her to tread carefully. 

Savi asserts her urgency to resolve the issue swiftly and proceeds to Ishaan's room, where he rebukes her, dismissing her concerns as baseless. Savi maintains her conviction; on the other hand, Anvi regrets maintaining silence in front of Ishaan and not revealing the truth.

Savi opens up:

Surekha, accompanied by the family, approaches them, concerned about Anvi. Asmita rushes to comfort her while Yashwant questions Savi's intentions. Ishaan deflects, suggesting they were talking about Anvi's studies and partake in the meal. Savi persists, advocating for Anvi's psychological well-being and triggering outrage from Nishi and Yashwant. Savi defends her stance, asserting the need for professional help to address Anvi's inner struggles.
