Fawad Khan to star in Indo-Pak Film Next!

Fawad Khan is said to play a musician in the film.

Little had the Indo-Pak tension with relation to Pakistani actors, gone down, that Shyam Benegal has decided to make an Indo-Pak film that will be a story of two musicians. Titled, Ye Raste Hai Pyar Ke, the film will be about these musicians who tour both India and Pakistan, and embark on a journey of self discovery.

Director Harsh Narayan, who has been trying to promote the idea of cross border peace through his films, for the past 15 years, has approached Fawad Khan for the film. According to reports Fawad has also signed up for the film.

Shyam Benegal, speaking about the film said, "People called me mad when I was making Ankur! I have found another mad-creative filmmaker in Harsh. He is capable, hard-working and can take on all the creative responsibilities necessary in making this film."

As Fawad is currently facing a lot of flack for his appearance in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, wonder what new issues will spark off now with this news. Keep reading this news for more updates.
