Farah Khan video calls Alia Bhatt from Boston; fans congratulate her

The wedding preparations for Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have commenced in earnest. Everything, from their residences being adorned with decor to Sabyasachi apparel showing up at their homes, is raising the excitement levels of the fans. 

Nonetheless, the couple and their family members are staying mum about it. Farah Khan, who is currently in Boston for a choreography workshop, has put out a video captioned Alia. What drew the attention of many was the fact that fans yelled congratulations as soon as they saw the actress. Her expression is priceless.

Alia can be seen sitting beside Ranveer Singh in the video. They seem to be filming Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. Fara Khan began the call by questioning the actress if she missed her, to which she answered back, 'a lot.' In a black saree, the Udta Punjab actress looked gorgeous. When the fans realized Alia was on the phone, they quickly started congratulating her. The actress chuckled and inquired, "For what?"

Meanwhile, it has been disclosed that Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's nuptials will take place on April 15. The recent hoopla surrounding the marriage ceremony is that the couple is planning to give their Punjabi ceremony a new spin. They will exchange vows prior to their pheras, and this would be a private ceremony attended only by family members and close friends.

Ranbir and Alia recently wrapped up the filming of their film Brahmastra wherein they will share the screen space together for the first time. The film is helmed by Ayan Mukerji. It is slated to be released on the big screens on September 9th, 2022.
