Fans go crazy to talk to Sharad Malhotra..

Ever heard of mobile phones getting exchanged between two people and they receiving bizarre calls? If you look back, this situation is used in many serials and movies for the heroes and heroines to meet or sometimes when the truth about the antagonist is to be revealed. But, what will happen if this happens in real life? Give a call to Inder, the Director of Banoo Main Teri Dulhann and he will share his own experience.

It so happened that during an intense scene, Divyanka Aka Vidya was all out to confront Sindoora by putting Sagar on phone while due to some error, the phone gets disconnected and Sagar in turn calls on Sindoora’s handset. Everything was planned for the shoot except for the handset. None was carrying one and so Inder, the director made a call on behalf of Sharad on Sindoora’s cell. Once this scene was flashed all out on the television sets, the director was flooded with bizarre calls from the male and female fans of Sharad thinking that the number flashed was one of Sharad’s.

Telly Buzz team caught up with the very annoyed Director, who is getting constant calls from all over the globe. "You won't believe, I got nearly 500 calls in one night from all over India and even abroad. Name the city and there was a call. I had a tough time telling all, that I was not Saagar and I am the Director of the serial. The girls were asking all sorts of questions starting from friendship to love”, says Inder.

The growing fan following for the very popular Sharad Malhotra can easily be figured from this incident. The very jubilant Sharad Malhotra when quizzed about this, says "It was really funny, when Inder came to me the next day and told me that all because of you, I had a sleepless night. He got calls from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, from Kokata, Dehradun, UK, everywhere. Inder really went crazy”.

Since this serial has high viewership and Sharad being one of the favorite actors for many, we really can understand what Inder must have gone through. And for what Inder has faced, its now sure that next time any number flashes, it would be of Sharad’s himself and Inder would never take the risk of flashing his number.
