Did Boney Kapoor and Sridevi marry secretly? Janhvi Kapoor makes a candid confession

With her past few performances, Janhvi Kapoor has proved that she is here to stay and has shown significant progress in her career graph. The actress who was last seen in the film Mili spellbound the fans and audiences with her immaculate performance in the film. Not only that but she has actually become a fashionista and her Instagram handle speaks for her beauty and style skills. 

Janhvi recently offered her followers an exclusive look inside her Chennai home, the first house her late mother Sridevi bought, during an interview with Vogue India.

Janhvi shared a look of the "memorabilia wall" in the Vogue film, which was her mother's idea and includes all of their family portraits collectively. Additionally, it featured images of the late actress from occasions such as the 2013 Padma Shri ceremony and their interactions with Arjun Kapoor, Anshula Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, and others. Later, she disclosed that it was their "secret wedding" while pointing at pictures of Sridevi and Boney Kapoor.

Janhvi mentioned,

 "This is mom and dad's wedding photo. This was some sort of a secret wedding, I think. Which is why they seem so tensed," she continued. Moments after she added, "I don't know if I was supposed to say that."

Additionally, she shared how Boney once traveled to Italy after a man made advances toward Sridevi there. She was shell-shocked and yelled, "How dare he talk to me?" while on a trip with a friend. As a prank, her friend informed her father, and shortly after, the producer took off for Italy, leaving Khushi and her behind in Mumbai. They ultimately went on a "mini-honeymoon there," she continued.

On the professional front, Janhvi will be next seen in the film 'Mr. and Mrs. Mahi' and 'Bawaal'.
