Boney Kapoor shares the 'last picture' featuring Sridevi and his family from the wedding they attended

The nation was devastated by the death of legendary actress Sridevi on February 24, 2018. Sridevi passed away in Dubai, where she had travelled to attend Mohit Marwah's wedding alongside Boney Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, and other members of the Kapoor family. Boney Kapoor posted the "last picture" that Sridevi posed for during his nephew's wedding a day before the fifth anniversary of her death in order to honour his wife.

The photo features Boney Kapoor, Sridevi, their younger daughter Khushi Kapoor, Boney Kapoor's sister Reena Kapoor and other members of the Kapoor family striking a pose for the lens at Mohit Marwah's wedding.

In the picture, Khushi Kapoor is seen donning a pastel peach lehenga in the throwback photo, while Sridevi looks stunning in a green and gold traditional attire. Sridevi was standing next to Boney Kapoor.

Boney Kapoor, meanwhile, uploaded a solo photograph of Sridevi two days ago along with an emotive caption that read, “You left us five years back …… your love and memories will keep us going and will remain with us forever…" On his Instagram story, he posted another image of her with the caption,  “Jo chala gaya mujhe chodkar Wohi aajtak mere saath hai...”

For the unversed, although Boney Kapoor and Sridevi wed in June 1996, their union was first made public in January 1997. The couple is parents to two beautiful kids, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor. While the former has already made a mark in the industry, the latter is all set for her big debut with 'The Archies'.
