Ayushmann to start with second schedule of his next

Last seen in Shubh Mangal Saavdhan with Bhumi Pednekar the actor will soon be seen in Sriram Raghvan's film. The actor shares a picture from the sets, of him and the filmmaker and captions it as, "Prepping for the second and final sched of this Sriram Raghavan thriller. Film ka naam aur first look jald hi! Watch this space for more" (Sic).

While for the first time Ayushmann will be seen in a thriller film. Before shooting for the film when we had asked him, after doing light-hearted films what made you choose Sriram Raghavan's thriller, he said, "I think it's always good to explore new genres and it also challenges you as an actor. I took five long years to set the image of the boy next door doing a slice of life films so, now it's important for me to just try something new. He (Sriram Raghavan) is a director who knows thriller. He is a king of thrillers. I have a dark character to play in this film and I am really excited about it."

As he will be seen playing a pianist, when asked will his music help him in learning the instrument he said, "Of course my music will help me in playing that. If you are a musician it's easy to catch different instruments and I am playing the piano but, it's not easy to play the piano like a pro as I am playing a professional one so, I am undergoing a lot of training for that."

Apart from him it also features Tabu and actress Radhika Apte in the lead roles. On working with Tabu the actor added, "I am excited to work with Tabu. I feel she is one of the finest actresses around. I love her voice and she has carved out a niche for herself. She is in that phase where she is doing great characters."

The movie is being co-produced by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures and Matchbox Pictures and yet to get a release date.
