Anushka Sharma's next to clash with Sushant - Jacqueline

Last night Anushka Sharma gave a scary surprise to her fans by revealing a small teaser of her film, "Pari". The teaser shows Anushka as a patient whose face then turns into scars and blood around her face. While the teaser created a buzz amongst many but, along with it the makers also revealed the release date of the film. The film is set to release during the Holi, that is on March 2, 2018.

Earlier the film was supposed to release on February 9, 2018 but, due to the last moment release of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus "Padmavat" that is set to release on January 25, 2018 the makers of "Aiyaary" starring Sidharth Malhotra and Manoj Bajpayee had to shift their release date from January 25 to February 9. To avoid the clash with "Aiyaary" the makers of "Pari" might have shifted their release date to March 2. But, interestingly, to avoid one clash they ended up with a date that too, has a clash. On the same day, Sushant Singh Rajput and Jacqueline Fernandez' starer "Drive" is also set to release. The action-comedy film is directed by Tarun Mansukhani and produced by Karan Johar.

While talking about "Pari", it is Anushka Sharma's third production with her production house, Clean Slate Films. The film is co-produced by Clean Slate Films and KriArj Entertainment and directed by debutant Prosit Roy.

One doesn't know if the makers knew about the clash or they made a sudden decision but, it shall be quiet a major relief for the "Aiyaary" team as they shifted their dates to avoid the clash with "Padmavat" and got more fortunate enough to get a single release on February 9, with Anushka Sharma's "Pari" shifted to next month.

As it is said, gain and loss on both the sides...while, "Aiyaary" has a benefit but, the team of "Drive" loses their single release. However, Anushka Sharma's "Pari" could be said packed from all the side. Either date of the release will be a clash for the team.
